The culinary journey begins in the beautiful setting of the restaurant, where the elegant decoration is inspired by the world of cinema. Overlooking the famous Croisette, the panoramic terrace offers breahtaking views over the Mediterranean sea and the bay of Cannes.
Created in 1985 by Chef Christian Willer, the restaurant La Palme D’Or was awarded 2 Michelin stars in 1991 and has quickly gained an international reputation. The two chefs have worked together for five years, until Christian Sinicropi took over the restaurant in 2008.
The Chef's inventive cuisine celebrates local and seasonal produce around the 'Movements'. In his concept of 'Movement', every produce is prepared and cooked in three different ways, textures and flavors.
Passionate chef and artist, Christian Sinicropi takes his inspiration from Art, literature and philosophy. He took classes at the world famous school “Les Beaux Arts” in Vallauris. Together with his wife, he designs and creates the ceramics plates in which the culinary creations of La Palme D’Or are served.
