At Le Casadelmar's 2-Michelin starred gourmet restaurant, Italian chef Fabio Bragagnolo prepares simple Mediterranean cuisine that enhances the ingredients by creating subtle, harmonious flavour combinations.
The menu reflects his light, contemporary style of cooking, enriched by the different spices, textures and sauces he continually invents. Exotic accents produce unusual contrasts, but the results are always balanced.
Fabio's secret: "above all else, I try to respect the ingredients to bring out all their flavours".
Closed on Mondays in April, May, June, September and October.
