A meal at La Bastide de Capelongue invites to the awakening of the senses. First with the view, discovering this breathtaking panorama of Bonnieux, the Luberon and the landscaped parked of the Domaine. The touch then, settling in the restaurant with its antique furniture and soft colors linen.
Then the smell of course, with fragrances from the gardens and the aromas escaping from the kitchen. Last, the hearing, with the splashing water fountain sounds and birdsong of the park. Then comes the explosion of the senses: the perfect graphics plates, dishes with delicate flavours and taste buds going crazy for a kitchen “of flesh, taste, smell as well as perfume.”
